Agreement to terms

By using AI24, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What AI24 is

AI24 is a studio and platform for AI-assisted, human-curated culture. We provide:

  • • Visual interpretations of verified journalism (NewsCanvas – pilot)
  • • Curated streams (Live – beta, where available)
  • • Creative tools, workshops, and learning
  • • Ethical AI features: labels, sources, consent receipts, and transparency metrics

Accounts

  • • You must be 13+ to create an account
  • • Keep your info accurate
  • • Protect your login; you're responsible for activity on your account
  • • Tell us right away if you suspect misuse

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • • Break laws or others' rights
  • • Upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
  • • Impersonate others or use face/voice clones without consent
  • • Attempt to hack, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service
  • • Circumvent fees or payment systems

Your content & licenses

  • • You own your originals.
  • • By uploading, you give AI24 a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform and in related promos of AI24. You can revoke by deleting your content (some backups and obligations may persist as required by law).
  • • If you opt into style licenses or contribute datasets, those terms are shown clearly before you agree.
  • • We do not train on your private uploads without explicit opt-in.

Tips, payouts, and subscriptions

Tips (Tip-Jar):

  • • Split is 70% creator / 30% platform after fees
  • • Receipts show amount, fees, and split
  • • Refunds/chargebacks may hold related payouts until resolved

Subscriptions:

  • • Creator: $8/mo · Pro: $25/mo · Org Seat: $60/mo
  • • Billed by Stripe; auto-renew until you cancel
  • • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • • Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period (no partial-month refunds)

Intellectual property

  • • AI24 owns the platform, code, and brand assets
  • • Don't use our marks without permission
  • • Respect others' copyrights and moral rights

Beta & pilot features

Live streams, NewsCanvas, and other pilots may change, pause, or end without notice. They can have bugs or lower availability.

Disclaimers

  • • Uptime is important, but not guaranteed
  • • AI outputs can be imperfect; always check sources
  • • We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent allowed by law

Termination

We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or our policies. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We'll post updates here and adjust the "Last updated" date. Using the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms follow the laws where AI24 is organized and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
